Great place to unwind with your gang, the music here is a combination of all the genre's per set. The sound is loud and some may say the seating is a bit uncomfortable here. The ambience is unique and sports decent lights with the sketches of hollywood and bollywood stars put high up on the wall around. Booze is reasonably priced. But, the food is average and doesn't match to the price. The service is excellent, I haven't experienced a similar services ever before in a setting of it's kind. Certainly, not a bad place to visit.

This used to be a good place, I had been here quite a lot of times couple of year back when it was newly set-up. However, the last time I was here was in the month of August, 2008, I didn't want to drive much but wanted to enjoy my antiquity peg with some loud house music and I knew there was a place not too far away from my home where I could do that. To my horror- this place had completely changed, I was here with my girl friend and I was missing the decent crowd that used to visit this place, the music was more of bollywood. I was being uncomfortable here because my GF was the only one of the opposite sex in there and being constantly stared at! In a nutshell, the crowd sucked. However, the menu is quite varied and resonably priced, I will say the food is pretty average. The ambience is cozy. If I am visiting this place again the next time (Very unlikely), I am only visiting with the guys gang and for the ambience only.

You may be a college going dude or dudedette who wants to chill out after college hours or an Executive who wants to relax after all the week's hardwork in the office - Cafe Mondegar (AKA - Mondys) is a perfect place to chill out and unwind with your gang. The pitcher of beer and the chicken nepolitana goes amazing together. 1 pitcher down and you look around to realize the walls are sketched exquisitely courtesy - Mario Miranda! The rock - retro music combination keeps your feet thumping all the time whilst sippin' ya beer! If you are not here, you haven't seen Mumbai. Gotta be here! ;)

You might find the place very underrated when you visit it, however it's certainly not. This bakery starts at 3:30 am, the chicken patice, chicken burger and the chicken pie is just yum-yum. Don't be surprised if you happen to be out side the bakery at 3:45 in the morning and you already find crowd hovering around. A Must visit!

You happen to visit Haji Ali / Mahalakshmi Temple and you want to romp- chomp, this is an ideal place to stopby, juices and milkshakes are nicely made and are very reasonably priced. They also serve quite a lot of fast food but aren't that great but are certainly average. In a nut shell, you get exactly for what you pay :)

If you stay at Mira-Bhayandar and don't want to go out tonight anywhere to watch a movie, this place shouldn't dissapoint you. Not a great place to shop and if you still manage to get in to any of the shops there in the mall, make sure you bargain your guts off. It's a mini - mall!. The sound system is nice and they don't have reclining seats but are comfortable. The popcorn bucket is amazingly cheap Rs. 25 only. Not a great movie experince in whole but should satisfy.

Ontoes is a nice place to go for an evening party. The last time i went there about a year ago, i found that they'd done up the decor quite nicely, the starters were getting a little more pricey and the music was getting louder (what's with pubs and restaurants playing loud music? Drying your throat and making you drink more is it?...LOL!). But for some reason, i didn't feel great with the place. They do serve some nice starters with baby corn, gobi etc. as well as the masala papad. This place feels more functional and regular now, nothing special. Anyways, give it a try on a weekday, if you're in the Juhu-Vileparle area around dinner time.

Ind V/S Aus & You weren't here? Yikes, you just missed so much. The ambience is super cool, the food is so yum -yum and the liquid is resonably priced with lots of variety. The crowd is A+, worth spending money and you will feel happy - happy here :)

You are out with your phunters (group of friends), with a major hole in your pocket, pubs/disc's just not on the list today and you want to drink. This is the place to be - Alcohol is cheap and the food is good & cheap (full mumbai ishtyle!). Full on bewda (drunk yard) ambience! with loads of khachar pachar (noisy atmosphere). However, keeps the original and primitive alcohol joint essense. Worth a visit :) *Don't take your girlfriends along, this is a guy's place. There are no official restrictions but just not the right place!
