Red Indian Sizzlers has much more than just sizzlers! the sizzlers here are really good and fairly priced. They also have a pretty big and attractive menu. I had minestrone soup, cheese corn balls, pizza and sizzlers. All the items were really nice and tasty. I'v been there twice. On once occasion, they gave me a large pizza with 2 diff toppings .. but the next time they refused it .. which was a bit sad. But anyways the food here is quite good. The only downside is that the seating capacity is not that big. But in all a very nice place to go out with pals as well as family.

This rooftop restaurant in Colaba is one unique place. The seating here is the most comfortable you can ever get. Eating and chatting under the stars can also be an unique experience in Mumbai. The food here (Punjabi) is pretty good, a bit pricey though, but guys this is Colaba. But the best part is the relaxed atmosphere and the excellent service. Perfect place to hang out with friends as you can sit here for hours without the waiters breathing down your neck. They also have the hookah here. Food here can cost you around 2000-3000 for 4 to 5 people which is pretty decent. Recommended!

This place can dish out the yummiest of ice cream sundays!! A small place next to the Andheri shopper's stop, but it's quite famous. The ice creams here are really fresh and unique. They have some amazing sundays, which look absolutely fabulous and taste even better!! The prices are also very reasonable, around 60/- per sunday. The Sundays to target are the 'Litchi Lake' and 'made for each other'. Also their Belgian dark chocolate ice cream is an absolute treat :) Only down side is there isnt enough seating space, but it doesnt really deter the regulars, who sit in their cars and enjoy the blissful ice creams :) Guys you have to try this jont.

This is one awe sum place in Juhu, next to Naturals Ice cream. The ambiance is bright and shiny which makes you feel very fresh and young ;) The food is really really good and reasonably priced. The onion rings, cheese-corn balls are simply fabulous. But the best thing that they can boast of is their Nachos ... so crisp and cheesy ... you cant just have enough!! In all a superb place especially for youngsters.

This place is real value for money! Tucked away in Malad (W), this place dishes out some great Chinese food. The soups, noodles, gravies are really awe sum and very reasonably priced. Though the ambiance is nothing to write home about .... the service is quick and attentive. A great place to hang out with friends, for a late night dinner. Thumbs up from me.

A veggie Italian place in Gujju Juhu!! Well what can you expect??? First of all the prices are pretty steep .... but than OK its in Juhu!! The dishes were decent if not bad! But the funny part was ... why would you have so many fair skinned Nepalese female waiters ... I mean do you think people are gonna think they are from Italy just becos they are fair ??? I really didnt get that! Anyways back to the food ..... the pizzas and pastas were strictly OK but other stuff that we ordered like baked potato, mashed potato simply sucked! In all not a value for money types of a joint!

Merwans is situated near the Andheri station and is one of the best cake shops you can ever have. Their mawa cakes are an absolute treat. I'v never had better ones anywhere else .... these just melt in the mouth. Simply blissful! The other stuff like rolls, puffs, pastries are also always fresh and amazing. In all a fantastic place to grab some nice evening chow! :)

Well its a shame to call this place just a restaurant!!! It should be called the "ultimate satisfaction place"!! Once you enter this place, you forget that you are on the second floor of a metro mall as it straight away teleports you to a rustic Indian village. The decor is very nicely done to make you feel as if you are on a vacation outside the city. They have khatiyas for sitting and they have also kept some bullock carts, trucks, auto rickshaws in which you can sit and eat :) Very innovative indeed!! Also to entertain you there are traditional musicians and dancers. You'll find a lot of Gujjus playing the garba and dandiya and in all having a blast! Also present are puppet shows, women making bangles & drawing mehendi. Well after doing all this, ya you can get really hungry!!! And then when you look at the food buffet, you are amazed at the sheer range of the food items. You have authentic Gujju, Marathi, Punjabi, Jain, Marwadi, Rajastani, South Indian, chaats ..... well literally every known Indian delicacy!! And believe me the food is really fresh and yummy. Infarct you feel like a child in a chocolate factory ... donno where to start from!! In fact they even have ganne ka juice, barf gola, kulfi .... whew!!! I can go on and on ... The price is 275 per head and its a steal!! But remember to go there early and be sure that you'll end up spending at least 2-3 hours there. Especially if you have relatives coming over, its a fantastic place to go with them and have a fantastic family evening! Mumbai surely needs more places like this! :) Full marks from me!! Bonn apatite and have lots of fun!!

This is one place which takes you away from the maddening rush of Mumbai! Situated on the outskirts of Mumbai, this place is modeled on a Punjabi Dhaba and serves some amazing north Indian stuff. This place is huge and ambiance is rustic with wooden furniture and khatiyas for sitting. They have worked a lot on the decor and also have people playing the dhols for entertainment. You can actually find people (mostly youngsters ... and sometimes even Punjabi aunties) calling the dhol walas near and actually doing a bhangra with them. They also have hukkas (non tobacco one) which many people enjoy. They even have a small garden for kids with many play items. Actually there's so much to do there but lets get to the food ... thats why we went there in the first place! ;) the food here is really really authentic and good. The breads are fresh and soft ... the curries nice and spicy. The lassi comes in a huge brass glass and cannot be missed. The prices here are also quite reasonable. A group of 5 people can end up paying less than Rs 1,000 for a huge meal. In the end you leave the place with a full tummy and a wide grin. :) Highly recommended place.

This place is a favorite with suburban teenagers . .. the best place to treat your friends on your birthday. The food here is fantastic and the prices amazing. They have Chinese as well as Punjabi fare here and both are really good. The menu is quite extensive and the service quite good. The only downside is that it doesnot have air conditioning and is quite noisy, especially as its always filled with a young crowd. So not the best place if you wanna enjoy a quite dinner with your GF or wife. But this place is highly recommended for people who want true VFM. Infact they have 3 branches in Bandra and one in Andheri.
