The mutton biryani with potato (calcutta style) with rezala is superb for the ones who misses the biryani of sheeraz and rehmania back in cal. The quality seems to be going down overall in the recent past. My suggestion to the management is keep the passion and tempo going which it started off with. It has the potential to be in the race for some years to come if it keeps its quality uppish. Price wise it is not steep neither is it cheap. Apart from Oh cal / Cal express this is the only thinkable restaurant (though it is a very small place and better for take home) option for Bengali food lovers in the suburbs.

This place was superb when it was new. Presently the sheen is lost a bit. The food had always been the talking point. Ambience was fresh in the beginning but nowadays there are many new places with exciting ambience. So what is UT is left with is food and service. Service has gone a shade down since. The place also smells of stale food at times which was never there before. I guess it is time to shape up..

Okey now this place I went with family and friends after reading a citipal review. In fact i called the manager and booked a 'machan' on phone on a saturday evening. they said it was crowded but the booking was still taken. When i went there i was told that no stilt or 'machan' available since it was a saturday. We were given an uncouth place to sit at and the floor manager was clueless and no one there was total confusion and chaos. The entire fun was gone. The service is very slag and the ambience was not hygienic or clean at any standard. Tables were dirty. the warmth of a dhaba was missing. I wish they take bookings as much they can handle. They serve alcohol by the bottle and there food is below average. The ghazal that goes on and on and on, often assassinated with wrong notes, sometimes gets on your nerve thanks to the blaring speakers. The ambience is good if they give you a good place as per your choice or promise. But otherwise the experience can be a nightmare. Also given the overhaul of malaria borne mosquitoes in Mumbai these days the place can prove to be fatal if one is unlucky. The jalebis with kheer is good. Service should be better and the hygiene factor should be definitely improved if it wants decent crowd.

It's one of the most fresh films in 2007. A laugh riot...and intelligently so. Love the details. One of the best in 2007. Also, the director did a good job by ending the film without streching it further...therefore the film ended on a nice high. Whoever said 'it's important to know when to stop'...
