Spice Island serves Thai and Chinese food at Le Meredien. Ambiance is very nice.The live band and the singers creates the atmosphere very lively. The menu does not have lots of vegetarian dishes. I would highly recommend Thai tea and Coconut Ice Cream. The food wasn't up to the mark. I felt food was very oily and rich. For health concern people I wouldn't advice this place. Overall I feel you can get a lot better food for a lot cheaper price somewhere else.
