Citipals from time to time. Citipals will provide notice of materially

purposes.

- We do not post your email anywhere on our site, to help prevent 3rd party harvesting and spam.

- Citipals, or people who post on Citipals, may provide links to

not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of
those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy

2. Data we collect
- We collect your email address at the time of registration, for purposes such as login, sending
self-publishing and confirmation emails, authenticating user accounts,
providing subscription email services, registering for forums, etc.
- We may collect personal information if you provide it in profile, registration, feedback or
comments, post it on our interactive forums, or if you
contact us directly. Please do not post or provide any personal information on
Citipals's that you expect to keep private.

diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Citipals site, and

3. Data we store
- All reviews, feedback, flags, are stored in our database, even
after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.
- Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely.
- Registered users can access and update their account information
through the account page.

secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we
cannot guarantee complete security.
4. Archiving and display of Citipals postings by search engines and
other sites
- Search engines and other sites not affiliated with
Citipals - including archive.org, google.com, and search.yahoo.com - archive or otherwise
make available Citipals's business listings and reviews
5. Circumstances in which Citipals may release information
- Citipals may disclose information about its users if required to do
so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably
necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
- Citipals may also disclose information about its users to law
enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such
